    We, the councils of the R.M.s of Lansdowne, Langford, and Rosedale take exception to Ken Waddell's comments in the April 26th column of The Neepawa Banner in regard to "four councils waste a huge amount of time and staff effort dickering and deciphering inter-municipal agreements”.
    This happens when Neepawa council, under Mayor Waddell's supervision, initiates a blatant restructuring of previous agreements.
